Epic Cupid / Radiant Analyst – Contract Location: Remote Duration: 6 months to start

Overview

A large healthcare system is seeking a seasoned Epic Cupid Analyst with strong Radiant experience (certification preferred) to support a mix of project-based work and ongoing application support. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Interventional Radiology (IR) and Cath Lab workflows, along with hands-on experience in Epic build, configuration, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

System Build & Support Configure, build, and maintain Epic Cupid (Cardiology) and Radiant (Radiology) modules Support Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab workflows with scalable, efficient solutions Issue Resolution Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and data issues Ensure minimal disruption to clinical workflows and operations Project Delivery Lead or support implementation and optimization projects Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope Requirements & Design Partner with clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions Translate workflows into system specifications and build Testing & Validation Develop and execute test plans for new build and enhancements Support system validation and quality assurance efforts Collaboration & Documentation Collaborate with clinical teams, IT, and leadership Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes Training & Knowledge Transfer Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to team members

Required Qualifications

Epic Cupid certification (required) Radiant certification (required or strongly preferred) Strong experience supporting Cardiology and Radiology workflows Hands-on expertise with Interventional Radiology (IR) and Cath Lab build Proven experience in Epic configuration, implementation, and support Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities Experience managing or contributing to Epic projects and deliverables Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
