Now Hiring: Email Developer Location: Remote in Latin America (Mexico, Central and South America) and Europe. 🧑💻 What You'll Do: Build and maintain responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS email templates for marketing campaigns Set up and manage email workflows, automations, and sequences in HubSpot and/or Mailchimp Collaborate with marketing teams to bring campaign briefs to life — fast and on-brand Test emails across clients and devices to ensure flawless rendering every time Continuously optimize templates for deliverability, engagement, and conversion 🧑🚀 About You: You take ownership — you don't wait to be told what's broken, you fix it You're detail-obsessed and know that one misplaced tag can break an entire campaign You're comfortable working async with global teams and managing your own deadlines You care about the results your emails drive, not just how they look 🧠 Must-have skills: Solid HTML/CSS with hands-on experience coding emails from scratch Proficiency in HubSpot and/or Mailchimp — workflows, automations, lists, and reporting Understanding of email deliverability best practices Experience testing across email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) ✨ Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or other ESPs Basic understanding of segmentation and A/B testing Experience working with design files in Figma to translate visuals into code We look forward to meeting the next great addition to our community! 🧑🚀 Apply To This Job
