As our Senior Financial Analyst, you will measure results and drive financial insights that influence strategic business decisions. You will serve as a key analytical partner to executive leadership by analyzing contract reimbursement trends and delivering clear, high-impact reporting and visual analytics. In this role, you will develop and maintain net revenue models, explain period-over-period performance in a way that drives action, and deliver high-impact solutions that support operational excellence and executive visibility. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, reporting scalability, and alignment with evolving business priorities. To thrive in this role, you'll need hands-on experience within hospital finance or Revenue Cycle Management, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Here’s what you will experience working as a Senior Financial Analyst: Report CreationDesign and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders. Acquire and manage data from internal and external sources. Maintain and optimize databases and reporting systems. Ensure timely delivery of insights for business-critical decisions. AnalysisAnalyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Translate findings into clear, concise summaries for leadership and operations. Compile, model, and interpret large healthcare datasets to support alternative performance reviews, self‑service analytics, and ad hoc executive reporting. Automation & Process ImprovementDevelop tools and scripts using SQL, Excel, SSIS, ADF, Python, or other platforms to automate reporting workflows. Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline data operations. Quality AssuranceEstablish and enforce validation standards for data integrity and report accuracy. Conduct thorough QA checks on data transfers and reporting outputs. Document and maintain quality protocols to ensure consistency. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Management, Math or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience working in an analytics role with complex datasets. Experience within hospital finance, Revenue Cycle Management, hospital contract modeling, or a function. Expert in SQL on any platform, including Snowflake/T-SQL/Microsoft SQL (must pass proficiency test). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings into concise, impactful visual narratives for senior and executive stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to data quality. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment while adapting reporting and analytics to evolving business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other programming languages such as Python, VBA, or DAX to automate the delivery of reports across an enterprise is also preferred. Experience with data ingestion and database tools is preferred such as ADF, Python, Databricks, SSIS packages. Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $52,025.00 - $97,528.69 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
