Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible. The Senior Customer Support Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible 1. Responsible for assign installation base -installation, PM, modification, breakdowns, LIS issue, instrument maintenance training, timely PM kit and parts ordering and return excess spare parts. Call logging and debriefing in SM software. Timely escalate unresolved call and resolve with the help of technical team, travelling within the territory and available to travel in short notice for emergency. 2. Maintains excellent customer relationship, specifically with his/her directly assigned accounts. 3. Adheres to Danaher policies procedures and standards. Ability to interact with our team of service professionals and other cross functions which are very critical for the role. The essential requirements of the job include: Education Diploma or Graduation- Electrical/Electronics/ Biomedical Engineering (Any subjects with electrical and electronics in curriculum) Experience along with Background and functional Knowledge Three + years on any type of with Basic experience on In-Vitro Diagnostics Equipment (Hematology, Chemistry, or Immunoassay), Should have knowledge of Networking and Interface related issues Customer-centric attitude Take ownership to provide on-time solutions to customers and be passionate about ensuring the highest level of customer experience in service support Problem Solving Skills Can logically resolve or troubleshoot in times of crisis and leverage expert help Computer Proficiency MS -office, Teams, Networking Good written and verbal communication skills. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel – Need to travel to support customer on site. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Independently handling 1 or more product group (example Immunoassay Analyzer, Hematology Analyzer or Chemistry Analyzer) with timely expert support. Able to identify application vs. service issues and collaborates to resolve Ability to prioritize customer needs. Ability to coordinate and collaborate with other functions to achieve client delight.
