Senior Data Scientist (Pharma / Healthcare)

This is a remote position. Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is seeking a "Senior Data Scientist / Architect (Fully Remote)". Duration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension) Pay Rate: $100-$109/hr on W2 (DOE) Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick Leave, 401K Job Summary: This role focuses on building data science and AI-driven solutions, including predictive patient event modeling, Next Best Action (NBA) engines for HCP engagement, and GenAI-powered decision agents to enhance commercial effectiveness. The ideal candidate will combine strong machine learning expertise with experience in GenAI agent development and scalable ML pipelines, enabling actionable insights for stakeholders across GDDI, Sales, Marketing, Sales Analytics, and Advanced Analytics functions.

Responsibilities

Build predictive models for patient events and HCP engagement Scale Next Best Action (NBA) solutions across brands and channels Develop GenAI agents, RAG workflows, and AI-powered decision tools Build and maintain end‑to‑end ML pipelines (Databricks, AWS/Azure ML) Apply MLOps best practices: model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD Work with healthcare datasets (claims, EHR, CRM, digital engagement) Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to deliver insights Required Skills / Qualification Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field 5–7+ years in data science/ML (pharma commercial preferred) Strong Python, SQL, ML modeling, NLP Experience with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, LangChain/AutoGen Hands‑on with Databricks, AWS/Azure ML, MLOps If interested, please share your updated resume at [email protected]/[email protected] Apply To This Job
