We are developing a comprehensive Business Skills curriculum designed for corporate professionals, specifically focusing on the critical transition from "Individual Contributor" to "First-Time Manager." The course covers essential management competencies, including Building a Managerial Mindset, Setting Goals (KPIs & Objectives), Delegation & Accountability, Coaching & Team Development, Performance Management, Emotional Intelligence, Managing Upward, and Data-Driven Decision Making. Our goal is to create an engaging, industry-relevant learning experience that empowers new managers with practical tools to succeed in corporate environments. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Content Reviewer with a background in Business Management, Leadership Development, or Corporate Training. The successful candidate will evaluate educational video scripts and lessons to ensure they are accurate, engaging, and highly relevant for a corporate audience. The reviewer will assess content related to the challenges first-time managers face, such as setting boundaries with former peers, adapting to uncertainty, and applying systems thinking. Key Responsibilities: Review and assess the accuracy, practicality, and quality of content for the abovementioned Business Skills topics. Ensure content is fully aligned with modern corporate standards and appropriately structured for professional learners transitioning into leadership roles. Provide feedback on curriculum materials to enhance clarity, coherence, and instructional value, specifically for topics like "Agile Principles in People Management" and "Behavioral Interviewing". Collaborate with curriculum developers to address revisions and maintain high-quality standards. Verify consistency in terminology, tone, and professional style across lessons and modules. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (required). Strong familiarity with modern management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Systems Thinking, Emotional Intelligence) and corporate training practices. At least 3 years of experience in a management role or as a corporate trainer specializing in leadership development. Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills. Experience reviewing or editing educational materials for corporate training is a plus.
