HR Generalist – Recruiting, Onboarding & People Operations

United Theranostics is hiring a hands-on HR Generalist to support recruiting, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee experience across our nationwide network of outpatient theranostics clinics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys recruiting, and takes ownership of keeping hiring and onboarding moving smoothly across multiple locations. You will play a key role in helping us attract, hire, and support great people as we continue to grow nationally. What You’ll Do Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Review resumes and conduct candidate prescreening calls
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage interview logistics across multiple locations
  • Ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience
  • Coordinate interview feedback and hiring follow-up
  • Support job postings, recruiting systems (ATS), background checks, and pre-employment steps

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires across multiple sites
  • Prepare onboarding paperwork and ensure timely completion
  • Support training setup, system access, and first-day readiness
  • Assist with employee transitions, role changes, and offboarding
  • Serve as a responsive HR contact for employee questions

HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support HRIS updates and organizational changes
  • Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and HR system questions
  • Support compliance tracking and HR communications
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of HR, recruiting, or HR coordination experience preferred
  • Strong experience with recruiting coordination and interview scheduling
  • Passion for recruiting and candidate experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
  • Healthcare or multi-site organization experience is a plus
