Adjunct Instructor- Industrial Psychology
Role Overview Adjunct Faculty members provide quality and innovative instruction and meaningful engagement with students to successfully achieve course, program, and degree level outcomes. They work remotely and support the mission of CTU to provide industry-relevant higher education through innovative technology and experienced faculty.
What You Will Do
Prepare instructional materials, provide instruction in assigned courses, engage with students, and maintain accessibility and responsiveness to students and academic leadership. Why It Might Be a Fit This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in meeting deadlines, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology or a subfield, with a preference for a Doctorate degree and experience teaching adult learners.

- Proficiency in meeting deadlines and urgency in responding to questions/requests
- Strong interpersonal and oral presentation/written communication skills
- Proficiency in working effectively, cooperatively, and flexibly in a team environment
