Summer Associate, Client Service, Portuguese Speaker 2027
About the position This Summer Associate program offers an internship with commercial frontline responsibility and the opportunity to work on live client projects, allowing interns to have immediate personal impact. The role involves being the link between clients and expert knowledge, working on multiple projects for investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier client organizations. It is a communications-intense frontline role requiring multitasking across parallel workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting experts by speaking on the phone with uniquely relevant experts for client projects, often under tight deadlines.
- Understanding the project and market context, and the legal and regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate.
- Taking ownership of every aspect of projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls.
- Ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and experts.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Junior (Class of 2028)
- Track record of strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.3)
- Extracurricular achievement throughout school and university
- Outstanding communication skills
- Fluent English and Portuguese is required
- Work authorization in the United States
- STEM/OPT eligibility considered (visas not sponsored)
Nice-to-haves
- Internship experience evidencing an interest in business is a plus
