Junior Cloud Engineer (Hybrid)

Industrial Security Integrators, LLC (ISI Enterprises) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Cloud Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, focusing on device management, client onboarding, and cloud setup.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments, including Intune, SharePoint, Purview, Defender and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Perform M365 Intune device management, including enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration rollouts
• Support cloud setup tasks such as creating client sites, organizations, and initial configurations within Microsoft cloud platforms
• Provide assistance in cloud migration projects with a basic understanding of migration workflows and best practices
• Participate in technical client onboarding, including device rollouts and environment setup
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and technical guides to ensure consistency and repeatability
• Communicate effectively with clients, provide progress updates, and collaborate with project managers and senior engineers
• Apply a basic understanding of CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) principles to client environments where applicable

Skills

• Current, interim eligibility or previous security clearance
• Candidates must have held or currently hold a clearance, or have documented eligibility based on a favorable background investigation
• Interim clearances will be accepted for consideration
• U.S. citizenship is required by federal regulation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Intune, SharePoint and Entra ID
• Understanding of device enrollment processes and troubleshooting in M365/Azure
• Exposure to or understanding of cloud setup and migration concepts
• Ability to create clear and accurate documentation and SOPs
• Ability to follow processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Proficiency with basic PowerShell scripting
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to provide updates and track progress
• Proactive, initiative-taking mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in cloud technologies
• Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a technical team
