Cimarron Inc. is a global solutions company seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Fleet program in San Antonio, TX. The role involves improving business processes, analyzing data, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful solution delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support data-driven decision-making, improve business processes, and support ongoing programs
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases
  • Support the development and implementation of new systems or process changes
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings
  • Collaborate with IT, project managers, and other departments to ensure successful solution delivery
  • Support testing, training, and change management activities
  • Track project progress and report on key metrics

Skills

  • Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time
  • Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use
  • This is a sensitive/safety-sensitive position and is subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Understanding of data modeling and process mapping
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments
