Responsibilities
- Manage 25–30 daily client interactions via phone, email, and text
- Provide policy quotes, add coverages, and update accounts with precision
- Identify and recommend additional products based on client needs
- Maintain meticulous records and follow processes accurately
- Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Skills
- Bilingual: Korean a plus
- Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain promptly); Life & Health License a plus
- Strong communication, sales experience, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Insurance industry experience required
