[Remote] Mortgage Advisor - Fully Remote

They are seeking a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor who can provide high-quality advice while the company handles administrative tasks, ensuring advisors can focus on client interactions and maximizing their earnings.

Responsibilities

• Stop waiting for completions. We pay your commission at the point of submission. You get rewarded for your hard work immediately
• We eliminate the financial risk of switching roles with a standard commission guarantee for all new advisors, ensuring your earnings remain at an elite level from the moment you join us
• We land 5–6 high-intent, pre-qualified appointments directly into your diary every single day. No self-gen, ever
• Our dedicated Case Management team takes over the admin, the lender chasing and the packaging. You stay in the 'Advice Zone' where you make your money
• Our AI tools handle the manual 'sludge' of research and data entry, making you faster, smarter, and more profitable with every call
• We don't cap your ambition. By driving the high-velocity system we’ve built, our high performing experts realistically clear £80k–£90k+. You get the income of the elite self-employed, without the overheads or the financial risk
• We’re guaranteeing a £50,000 income floor for your first year. Here’s how it works: hit your KPIs and deliver world-class advice, and if your earnings fall short, we pay the difference

Skills

• Full CeMAP: You are a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor with a clean regulatory record
• High-Volume Experience: You have a proven track record of high-velocity submissions and thrive in a fast-paced environment. (Minimum 18 months active advise experience)
• Tech-Fluent Mindset: You embrace AI, data, and new workflows to work faster and more accurately
• The 'Mojo' Attitude: You are ambitious, data-literate, and tired of the 'old school' way of broking
