Project Delivery Coordinator
Atompod delivers IT infrastructure and project deployment services for various business environments. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Delivery Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure efficient project delivery through effective communication and coordination with customers and field teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch field technicians for service calls, installations, and project work
- Manage scheduling calendars, technician availability, and project timelines
- Serve as a primary communication point between customers, field teams, vendors, and management
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails, service requests, and operational communications
- Track project progress, update internal systems, and help ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with onboarding technicians and supporting company operational procedures
- Organize and maintain project documentation, photos, reports, and customer records
- Help coordinate procurement, shipping, inventory, and equipment logistics when needed
- Support customers with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail
- Assist project managers with administrative and operational tasks related to ongoing deployments and support operations
- Help maintain accurate records for invoicing, work orders, and service documentation
- Identify scheduling conflicts or operational issues and proactively help resolve them
