Associate Art Director
Digitas Health is a modern creative agency focusing on healthcare, aiming to connect people and ideas through innovative solutions. They are seeking an Associate Art Director to design visual materials for cross-channel initiatives and collaborate with various team members to produce impactful creative work.
Responsibilities
- Create and communicate concepts
- Design comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts and final deliverables
- Foster a collaborative environment
- Communicate and articulate concept rationales
- Brainstorm and develop campaigns
- Work with the client on multiple projects at once
- Assist the Creative Director in improving the technical and creative performance of the Creative group
- Partner with copywriters to ensure that the copy and voice support the concepts
Skills
- Four year degree
- 1-4 years of Art Direction with a book of samples showcasing your range of craft
- Creative agency experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical creative ecosystem
- Expert use of design systems, with Figma preferred/a plus, and experience implementing AI for comping
- Robust design portfolio with combination of print and web
- Mastery of all design tools, platforms and versions of applicable software programs
- Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
- In-depth understanding of HTML/dHTML and the capabilities of web browsers
- A great personality and eagerness to add to a fun and inspirational creative culture!
- Candidate must be open to travel as needed
