[Remote] Client Programs Specialist 1

The Client Program Specialist 1 is responsible for supporting clients through effective communication, process adherence, and operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients using established protocols-manage client tickets through Salesforce
- Participate in client calls and follow up on action items as directed
- Document and escalate client issues appropriately
- Develop foundational knowledge of client programs & workflows
- Follow established operational procedures for routine tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Create and maintain documentation using standardized templates
- Support tracking and reporting of basic service level metrics
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and respond to requests promptly
- Provide support to team members as needed
- Share knowledge of basic processes and refer to documentation when appropriate
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work within structured processes
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Experience in bill review, workers' compensation, claims, client service environments
- Experience with Salesforce
