Talent Acquisition/HR Assistant
Foley & Lardner LLP is a great place to work because of what we do and how we do it. The Talent Acquisition Assistant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience while supporting the firm’s Talent Acquisition team and broader HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding processes for all temporary employees to ensure a smooth and timely start
- Process employee and Partner terminations in accordance with firm policies and procedures
- Coordinate the firm’s New Hire Check‑In program for business professionals
- Support the onboarding of the firm’s Summer and Fall Associates
- Monitor the Talent Acquisition department inbox, responding to inquiries or routing messages as appropriate
- Provide backup administrative and coordination support to Talent Acquisition Coordinators
- Deliver general administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Review business professional job postings to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper grammar; make corrections or recommendations as necessary
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience in a talent acquisition/human resources environment strongly preferred
