Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Associate TA Partner - Limited Term Employee [Hybrid]
EDF power solutions North America is a market-leading independent power producer and service provider, offering clean energy solutions. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Associate TA Partner for a limited-term assignment to manage high-volume recruitment coordination, sourcing, and screening responsibilities while collaborating with full-time TA staff.
Responsibilities
- Interview Coordination: Schedule candidate interviews and post-interview debriefs, acting as a primary point of contact for complex logistics
- Onboarding Management: Assist with the post-job offer process, including coordinating background checks, drug screenings, and physical assessments to ensure full compliance and a seamless day-one start
- System & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time candidate records and workflow updates within the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Dayforce (HRIS)
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with IT Desktop Support vendor for equipment provisioning and the Facilities department to ensure workplace and desk readiness for new hires
- Operational Support: May assist with relocation requests via external suppliers and manage departmental financial administration, including purchase orders and requisitions within SAP
- Full-Cycle Support: Assist with managing and facilitating the recruitment process, including drafting creative job postings, posting openings, and managing applicant tracking workflow steps
- Candidate Screening & Selection: Partner with the TA team to review resumes and conduct initial candidate screens, with a primary focus on recruiting and screening for entry-point, early-career, or non-exempt positions
- Offer Administration: Assist with job offer formulation, extending official offers, and executing the administrative closing components of the hiring process
- Candidate Relationship Management: Deliver timely, professional, and proactive candidate care that fosters transparency, simplicity, and respect, ensuring a premium experience for all applicants
Skills
- A solid foundational understanding of general Human Resources and Talent Acquisition processes
- 1+ years of being part of an in-house/corporate talent acquisition team either supporting recruiters or managing own job requisition load
- 2+ years of experience working with the Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Prior experience navigating ATS and HRIS platforms (experience with iCIMS, Dayforce, and SAP is a major plus)
- Proven ability to remain organized, proactive, and focused while managing a high volume of deliverables and candidate pipelines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong partnership lines across hiring managers, internal teams, and external candidates
