Inbound Reservations Sales Agents

TCSS, Inc. is seeking customer-focused Inbound Reservations Sales Agents to assist customers with booking reservations and answering inquiries. This role combines customer service and sales by converting inbound calls into confirmed reservations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding reservations, bookings, products, and services
  • Assist customers in selecting options that best fit their needs and preferences
  • Process reservations accurately and efficiently using company systems
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional products, services, or upgrades
  • Answer customer questions regarding pricing, policies, availability, and promotions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within company databases
  • Meet or exceed sales conversion, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Follow established call handling procedures and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support operational goals

Skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, hospitality, reservations, call center, or related experience
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Location: Phoenix, AZ 85016 (Required)
  • Work Location: In person
  • Previous reservations, travel, hospitality, hotel, resort, vacation ownership, or contact center experience
  • Experience meeting sales or performance metrics
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
  • Experience with booking or reservation software platforms
  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
