Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle—from discovery and demo to negotiation and close—with ecommerce entrepreneurs and operators
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and develop strategies for sustained success
- Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up
- Serve as a consultative partner and product expert, positioning Klaviyo as a growth driver for online brands
- Collaborate across the team to support your peers, share best practices, and build a winning sales culture
- Mentor and guide new team members, contributing to team ramp and excellence
- Step into strategic projects or stretch roles that accelerate your learning and impact
Skills
- 1-2+ years of closing experience in SaaS, ideally in martech or ecommerce-focused solutions
- Comfortable selling to founders, CMOs, and ecommerce leaders—especially those in DTC, retail, or digitally native verticals
- You've already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you're excited to dive in and learn fast
- Motivated by helping creators succeed and by exceeding your own goals in the process
- You seek feedback, value continuous improvement, and view challenges as opportunities to learn
