Inside Sales Representative
Wire 3 is dedicated to providing affordable, high-speed, and high-bandwidth internet services to households in our local communities. They are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to connect with potential customers, assess their needs, and present tailored fiber optic internet solutions.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with prospective customers through phone, email, and chat to introduce and promote Wire 3’s fiber optic internet services
- Identify customer pain points and needs to effectively convey the unique value of Wire 3’s offerings
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Wire 3’s products, services, and competitive advantages to enhance customer interactions
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through diligent follow-ups and a consultative sales approach
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Partner with Marketing and Field Sales teams to refine sales strategies and optimize campaigns
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Confident, outgoing, and personable with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong listening skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Team-oriented yet self-motivated and capable of working independently as a self-starter
- Proficient multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and responsive to changing customer needs
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using personal computers and tablets and a basic understanding of internet services and technology
- Proven experience in inside sales, direct sales, or telemarketing, ideally in telecommunications or the technology industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate the value of services and close sales
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- High school diploma or GED required
- Sales experience preferred but not required
