What You'll Do
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for cultural fit and job qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
- Continuously assess recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay updated on recruiting trends and implement innovative hiring solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruiting techniques, talent market trends, and employment legislation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
