Sr. Product Manager – Dealer Experience (Caramel by eBay)

Caramel, a fast-growing auto tech subsidiary of eBay founded in 2021, is redefining how independent dealers and private parties buy and sell vehicles across the United States. The company is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the Caramel Dealer application - one of its core product surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and end-to-end execution for the Caramel Dealer application, delivering on strategic priorities with a forward-looking product roadmap Partner closely with Research, Design, Engineering, and Business leadership to build and ship in a fast-moving environment Collaborate with senior leaders across Caramel and eBay to align plans across product, marketing, operations, finance, and strategy Drive timely delivery and high-quality outcomes across cross-functional teams Synchronize dealer experiences with the wider Caramel platform in partnership with adjacent product teams Identify and address operational and experience gaps impacting dealer performance Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to all stakeholders Requirements 7+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with ownership of customer-facing features Demonstrated ability to own and execute a roadmap from concept through launch Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making experience Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams Ability to break complex problems into practical, actionable solutions Clear and effective communication and stakeholder alignment skills Preferred Experience with marketplaces, seller tools, or operational workflows Based in the US; comfortable with distributed teams and occasional travel for company events, workshops, and industry conferences Job Benefits Competitive base salary: $127,600 - $214,700 Target performance bonus Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) eligibility Paid Time Off (PTO) and parental leave Home-based (remote) role with travel support for company events and conferences This listing is sourced from the company's career pages.
