Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual or in-person client meetings
- Educate clients on various financial concepts such as retirement planning, risk management, and asset protection
- Provide guidance on financial products, including life insurance solutions
- Assess client needs and help identify appropriate financial strategies
- Maintain ongoing communication and build long-term client relationships
- Follow up with prospective clients and manage activity pipeline
- Participate in training, mentorship, and team development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree is a plus)
- Strong communication , leadership and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license (required for position)
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is helpful but not required
