SALES NEGOTIATOR FOR LUXURY HOMES NATIONWIDE New Start-Up Real Estate FIRM needs assistance in two ways: 1- Working with calls from Luxury property owners who are selling For Sale by the Owner. 2- Working with other Realtors and Mortgage Brokers trying to get their Dead Leads to come back to life. You will be responsible for building rapport with the caller, asking questions, and filling out a questionnaire. You must have a great phone voice and the ability to listen and identify the sellers' needs. Compensation: Commission based on performance - UP TO $10K per month potential!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Current openings for days, mid-days, and some nights and alternating weekends REQUIREMENTS: Excuse-driven people need not apply! Are you friendly, and motivated and do you love to talk on the phone?
