Texas LPC or LCSW Remote Fulltime- Up to 95k a Year
Full time W2 with Benefits. 40 hours a week 80 to 95k a year Must be fully licensed LPC or LCSW in Texas Your role Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCSW) Your day-to-day expectations
- Provide services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline
- Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice's goals
- When not treating patients, assisting with, but not limited to, developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients
- Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows
- Closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of the patient encounter
- Review and interpret any patient assessments that we use in the practice
- Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings
Your workday This position is 100% virtual. We are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm CST, Monday through Sunday. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week. We will work with you to ensure a flexible schedule. We will ask you to include availability in your schedule for two evenings (5:00 PM-8:00 PM) or one weekend day. This role reports to Televero's Director of Counseling. Experience to thrive
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field.
- Completion of CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program.
- Active LPC or LCSW License in Texas
- Minimum 2 years' experience.
- Two or more years of Telehealth experience.
- Two or more years of Outpatient experience.
- Certifications in one or more of the following areas preferred: CBT-I, CBT-Autism, CPT, PET, ERP, DBT, CBT for Eating Disorders, ABA, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
