Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain regional initiatives by providing authoritative support to the CIC team, guaranteeing responsive, accurate, and efficient service for daily operational requirements.
  • Apply agreed‑upon company policies for all transactions and expenses, including P‑Card reconciliation, to uphold compliance and financial controls.
  • Process purchase orders, receipt confirmations, and payments using the MYBUY S/4 Hana platform; set up new vendors/merchants via MDG (Master Data Governance).
  • Handle PO invoicing and reconciliation in SAP, ensuring that all entries are correctly posted and matched to supporting documentation.
  • Generate, run, and distribute ad‑hoc reports for the CIC team, providing insights that drive process improvements and strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain hierarchical charts, communication logs, and contact directories to facilitate seamless internal collaboration.
  • Research, maintain, and inventory all department equipment for both office‑based and remote employees, ensuring that every team member has the tools they need to succeed.
  • Support and coordinate logistics for quarterly CIC town‑halls, project meetings (both on‑site and virtual), and various departmental events.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including ordering supplies, managing shipments, and coordinating visitor access.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
