Position Overview – Frontline Guest Experience Specialist

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex’s Honolulu hub, you will be the friendly face that greets travelers, resolves concerns, and ensures every journey begins and ends on a positive note. You will work in a dynamic airport environment, interacting with both domestic and international passengers, handling ticketing inquiries, baggage assistance, and providing timely information at check‑in counters and gates.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.

  • Eligibility to obtain a SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) badge and meet all airport security requirements.
