In this role, you will design, develop, and scale critical data‑driven process tools that enable cross‑functional teams to deliver world‑class software experiences. You will partner with product managers, engineers, quality assurance specialists, and senior leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights, drive process improvements, and help shape the future of arenaflex’s operating systems—including iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to define, implement, and refine data‑centric process workflows that support rapid software delivery.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau (or comparable tools) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and bottlenecks.
  • Analyze large data sets to uncover patterns, root causes, and opportunities for efficiency gains across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines that deliver real‑time insights to engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead cross‑team initiatives to standardize metrics, improve data quality, and embed a culture of data‑driven decision making.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate partners on interpreting data, using dashboards, and applying insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with DevOps and Lean delivery teams to integrate analytics into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring feedback loops are fast, reliable, and actionable.
  • Document process improvements, create clear communication artifacts, and regularly report progress, successes, and challenges to senior leadership.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the growth of the data analytics community within arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development, data analysis, or technical program management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality management processes.
  • Proven ability to drive execution across multiple partner teams toward a unified objective.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis, data visualization, and storytelling with data.
  • Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Self‑starter attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a large, distributed organization with matrixed reporting structures.
  • Familiarity with DevOps metrics, Lean delivery principles, and agile methodologies.
  • Background in software engineering, including knowledge of build pipelines, integration testing, and code deployment.
  • Proficiency in advanced Tableau development, including calculated fields, parameters, and complex dashboard interactivity.
  • Track record of influencing positive outcomes across a distributed organization through data‑driven change management.
