About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls with professionalism, actively listening to entrepreneurs, executives, and everyday cardholders to uncover their needs.
  • Promote arenaflex products by clearly communicating features, benefits, and differentiators of our suite of private business services.
  • Drive sales outcomes through relationship‑building, needs‑analysis, objection handling, and closing techniques.
