Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Remote Part‑Time Data Entry & Customer Service Representative to join our Investment Protection Center (IPC) within the Wealth & Investment Management division. In this role, you will serve brokerage‑account holders, providing frontline support, problem resolution, and guidance on digital services. Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support
