Position Overview

arenaflex is currently seeking dedicated, bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our remote support team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Ticketing and Reservations Management: Prepare, issue, and modify flight tickets using internal reservation systems. Determine applicable fares, tax structures, and routing options to ensure each traveler's specific needs and budget considerations are met accurately.
  • Baggage and Travel Issue Resolution: Assist customers with baggage inquiries, lost or delayed luggage claims, and tracking of personal belongings. Provide timely updates and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Empathy and Problem-Solving: Anticipate customer needs by actively listening, identifying concerns, and proposing effective solutions. Maintain a strong sense of accountability and ownership when issues arise, working diligently to restore customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
