The Remote Customer Care Representative – Retirement Services is the “voice of arenaflex” for our retirement‑focused clients. You will be the first point of contact for callers seeking guidance on 401(k), IRA, and 403(b) products. Your expertise and empathy will help members make informed decisions, resolve concerns, and feel valued throughout their retirement planning experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, courteous service to callers seeking information about retirement products such as 401(k), IRA, and 403(b) plans.
  • Identify each customer’s unique needs, provide personalized guidance, and, when appropriate, involve more knowledgeable team members to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems and databases to locate, verify, and relay accurate information quickly.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional departments—including underwriting, claims, and technology—to obtain or share necessary data for issue resolution.
  • Document every interaction in the CRM system, noting inquiries, actions taken, and follow‑up steps to maintain a complete audit trail.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of arenaflex’s retirement product suite, policies, and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed departmental performance metrics such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a call‑center environment, customer service, or financial services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer troubleshooting.

  • Working knowledge of retirement products—401(k), IRA, and 403(b)—including contribution limits, distribution rules, and tax implications.

Compensation & Benefits

While exact compensation varies by location and experience, the estimated salary range for this role is $33,280 – $41,600 annually.
