Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Entry & Virtual Assistant – Real‑World Evidence (RWE) Analyst to join our Clinical Insights team. In this role, you will be the engine that extracts, cleans, and structures massive data sets from electronic health records (EHR), claims databases, and other real‑world sources. Key Responsibilities

• Mine raw data collections to deliver normalized, analysis‑ready patient cohorts from internal databases or external platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders—including epidemiologists, biostatisticians, and product managers—to translate real‑world data into meaningful insights for pharmaceutical RWE and clinical research projects.
• Clean, transform, and store data in a structured data lake, ensuring consistency, traceability, and compliance with privacy regulations.

Essential Qualifications
