Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Query Resolution: You'll respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer questions and concerns via live chat. Your goal is to provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every customer feels heard and valued. You'll handle a wide range of inquiries, from product questions to troubleshooting common issues.
  • Order Assistance & Transaction Support: You'll guide customers through the ordering process, helping them navigate websites, understand product options, and complete their purchases confidently. This includes answering pricing questions, explaining shipping policies, and addressing any concerns about orders.
  • Problem-Solving Excellence: When customers encounter issues, you'll be their advocate and solution finder.
