Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain candidate, client, and job‑related data across multiple arenaflex platforms.
  • Perform systematic data quality audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing information.
  • Organize electronic files, ensuring proper naming conventions, version control, and secure storage.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, HR analysts, and IT support to streamline data entry workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data handling, contributing to a knowledge base that supports onboarding and cross‑training.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc administrative projects, such as preparing reports, generating data extracts, and supporting compliance initiatives.
