Key Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to medication orders, insurance verification, billing, and shipping.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound communications, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution of each case.
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs, offering solutions before issues become obstacles.
  • Own each customer interaction from start to finish, collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advice is required.

  • Guide customers through the arenaflex pharmacy portal, providing technical support and troubleshooting navigation challenges.
  • Document all interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Identify trends and recurring issues, escalating insights to the product and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster long‑term relationships by treating each contact as an opportunity to deepen trust and loyalty.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional experience using computer and web‑based tools.
  • Reliable high‑speed broadband connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) via DSL, cable, or fiber.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule that may shift every three weeks, with at least two weeks’ notice.
  • Dedicated home workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions such as pets, television, music, or children.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and patient tone.
  • Basic understanding of health‑care terminology, insurance concepts, and pharmacy processes (preferred but not required).
