Position Overview

As a Remote Live Chat Customer Support Representative – Data Entry Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for arenaflex passengers seeking assistance via our live chat platform. Your primary mission is to deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic support while maintaining meticulous data records of each interaction.
