Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Customer Success Director to lead strategic client growth initiatives across our B2B SaaS portfolio. This fully remote, high-impact leadership role is designed for a seasoned client partner who thrives on building executive-level relationships, driving revenue expansion, and developing long-term strategic partnerships with C-suite decision-makers at top-tier portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Acquisition and Growth

  • Identify, pursue, and win new high-value clients through targeted outreach, industry events, professional networking, and face-to-face executive meetings.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies tailored to top-tier portfolio companies, ensuring long-term partnership success.
  • Act as a senior ambassador for arenaflex at industry conferences, trade shows, and exclusive networking events to expand market presence.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to position arenaflex as the preferred strategic partner.

Executive Relationship Management

  • Build, nurture, and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite partner leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for executive-level decision-makers, ensuring alignment between client objectives and arenaflex solutions.
  • Conduct regular executive business reviews to assess partnership health, identify expansion opportunities, and reinforce long-term commitment.
  • Translate complex client needs into actionable strategies that drive mutual growth and measurable outcomes.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of customer success managers who provide day-to-day support to all clients.
  • Define team structures, roles, and responsibilities to maximize operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Establish performance standards, conduct regular coaching sessions, and foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align team objectives with broader organizational goals.

Commercial Excellence and Negotiation

  • Lead complex negotiations and close high-value transactions with prospective and existing clients.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a sales executive, client partner, or equivalent senior role within the B2B and SaaS industries.
  • Extensive, demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, closing complex deals, and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Executive-level strategic planning and business development expertise, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to deliver visually compelling, persuasive presentations to senior leadership and C-suite audiences.
  • Outstanding team management and leadership abilities, with experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Advanced negotiation skills with a history of closing high-value, multi-stakeholder transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, keen attention to detail, and an advanced command of the English language.

  • Previous experience in the Lead Generation or Sales Enablement industries, with a deep understanding of pipeline development best practices.
