The Customer Service Representative II position is a critical touchpoint between arenaflex and its valued customers. You will be the voice that guides dealers and end‑users through product inquiries, part orders, and technical support, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of service that have made arenaflex a trusted name worldwide. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from arenaflex’s Region 4 customers and dealers, providing accurate information on part availability, order status, and product specifications.
  • Initiate outbound calls when necessary to follow up on open inquiries, verify order details, or gather additional information to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain an average call volume of 15‑20 calls per day while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
  • Navigate the arenaflex online portal (Shop.arenaflex.com) to locate parts, process orders, and update customer records.
  • Document each interaction in the customer relationship management (CRM) system with clear, concise notes that enable seamless handoffs to other teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments—including parts logistics, warranty, and technical support—to expedite resolutions and ensure timely delivery.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions, team huddles, and performance reviews to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
  • Provide occasional overtime coverage, including holidays and weekend shifts, to meet business demands and maintain service level agreements.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, agriculture, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment, preferably within a manufacturing or technology‑focused setting.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
  • Proven ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident, courteous phone presence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a distraction‑free home workspace for remote days.
  • Demonstrated dependability, punctuality, and a solid work history.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior exposure to the agriculture, turf, or utility‑vehicle sectors, including familiarity with dealer networks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, engineering, information technology, or a closely related discipline.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and order‑management systems.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex product lines, including equipment specifications, warranty policies, and service programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume call environments while maintaining accuracy and empathy.

Hybrid Work Schedule & Shift Details

Our contact center operates from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday coverage. Four rotating 8‑hour shifts are available:

  • 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
  • 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • 10:30 am – 7:00 pm

Call volumes typically taper after 5:00 pm, allowing for a balanced workload. Employees are required to work at least two (2) on‑site days per week at the arenaflex Financial office, with Tuesdays being mandatory and either Wednesday or Thursday preferred as the second on‑site day. The remaining three (3) days are remote, giving you the flexibility to design a productive home office environment.
