Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following baseline requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • For bilingual roles: native‑level fluency in Spanish / English or French / English.

  • Estimated hourly earnings: $12.60 – $16.80, depending on call volume and efficiency.
  • Bilingual premium: $0.31 per interaction minute with a 48‑minute hourly guarantee.
  • Bilingual estimated earnings: $14.88 – $18.60 per hour.
