Senior Data Analyst (Web3)

Remote · USA Full-time New today

About the company Trust Wallet is the leading non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet, trusted by over 200 million people worldwide to securely manage and grow their digital assets. Our vision is to give individuals the freedom to own their assets, confidently participate in the future economy, and access opportunities that enhance their lives. Our mission is to be a trusted personal companion — helping users safely navigate Web3, the on-chain economy, and the emerging AI-powered future. With support for over 10 million assets across 100+ blockchains, Trust Wallet offers a seamless, multi-chain experience backed by industry-leading self-custody technology, a vibrant community, and a growing ecosystem of partners. About this role We're looking for a Senior Web3 Data Analyst who lives and breathes on-chain data. Someone who opens Dune before any other tools in the morning, has strong opinions about DEX fee structures, and notices things in blockchain data before anyone asks them to look. You'll own the web3 analytics function at Trust Wallet — tracking competitors, mapping the ecosystem, and surfacing insights the product and leadership teams didn't know they needed. The role operates with significant autonomy within the data team. Proactive insight generation is the primary expectation, with ad hoc analytical requests as a secondary work-stream. What You'll Do: Own competitor intelligence across Trust Wallet's core verticals: swap & DEX aggregation, earn & staking, and wallet market share — tracking protocol metrics, user behavior, and market dynamics on a regular cadence Monitor on-chain activity across EVM chains (BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and others) and identify trends relevant to Trust Wallet's product, growth, and strategy Follow the crypto ecosystem on X and translate market discourse and emerging narratives into concrete data questions worth answering Build dashboards and analyses that connect on-chain signals with Trust Wallet's product context Collaborate with the internal data team to enrich internal metrics with ecosystem-level perspective Brief leadership on significant on-chain developments with clear, non-technical narrative What We're Looking For: Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in crypto or web3 analytics Strong SQL skills applied to raw blockchain data Hands-on experience with blockchain analytics platforms: Dune Analytics, Flipside Crypto, Nansen, Token Terminal, or similar Solid understanding of EVM chain mechanics; Solana/SVM experience is a strong plus Able to present examples of past analytical work during the interview process Tracks market developments independently and surfaces relevant insights without prompting Nice to have Python for data processing and automation Familiarity with DEX mechanics, staking protocol economics, or bridge infrastructure Experience contributing to multiple protocols as a contractor Exposure to indexing infrastructure — TheGraph, Alchemy, Infura or similar Additional Information This is a global and fully remote role. You must have the right to work for the country you are based. Why work at Trust Wallet? Be a part of the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem that continues to grow. Excellent learning and career development opportunities. Work alongside diverse, world-class talent, in an environment where learning and growth opportunities are endless. Tackle fast-paced, challenging and unique projects. Work in a truly global organization, with international teams and a flat organizational structure. Work fully remotely with flexible working hours. Enjoy competitive salary and benefits. Apply today to join our team in building the world’s most trusted and secure crypto wallet and enable a decentralized future for everyone. Trust Wallet is committed to being an equal opportunity employer. We believe that having a diverse workforce is fundamental to our success. *Due to the large amount of the applications, please consider your application as unsuccessful should you not be contacted within 4 weeks from your application date.
