Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist

The Remote Data Entry Specialist is a critical member of arenaflex’s Operations and Customer Service ecosystem. Working from anywhere in the United States, you will ensure that mission‑critical data—ranging from flight schedules and passenger information to health and safety metrics—is captured accurately, processed efficiently, and reported in real time. Your work will directly support the airline’s commitment to safety, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Capture & Validation: Accurately input, verify, and update flight‑related data, passenger records, and health‑safety metrics using arenaflex’s proprietary systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct routine audits of entered data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain a 99.9% data integrity rate.
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to the development and refinement of playbooks and standard operating procedures that streamline data workflows and improve overall efficiency.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders—including Operations, Health & Safety, Communications, and HR—to align data collection with strategic objectives.
  • Reporting & Insights: Generate regular performance reports, dashboards, and executive briefings that highlight trends, compliance status, and operational impact.
  • Logistics Coordination: Support the planning and execution of internal events, vendor engagements, and employee benefit roadshows, ensuring all logistical details are meticulously managed.
  • Volunteer Training & Leadership: Lead virtual training sessions for volunteer teams, providing guidance on data handling best practices and compliance standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, recommend technology enhancements, and champion data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Essential Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)
