  • Performance Management: Develop, initiate, evaluate, monitor, and communicate clear performance expectations for team members.
  • Technology Utilization: Ensure the team's understanding and effective use of information system capabilities and functionalities to support care delivery.
  • Talent Acquisition: Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for staff, applying clearly defined requirements related to education, experience, technical, and performance competencies.
  • Team Development: Assess developmental needs and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement action plans that support the cultivation of high-performing teams.
  • Collaborative Culture Building: Establish an environment and work style that promotes teamwork, cross-product integration, and a continuum-of-care mindset that drives strong performance outcomes.
  • Change Leadership: Consistently demonstrate the ability to serve as a model change agent and lead change initiatives with confidence and vision.
  • Positive Work Environment: Foster a positive workplace by recognizing team contributions, soliciting input, and offering personal support when needed.
  • Policy Compliance: Maintain accountability for compliance with organizational policies and procedures, ensuring execution at the employee level.
