Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary voice for arenaflex, answering inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with a courteous and solution‑focused demeanor.
  • Build lasting relationships by understanding each client’s unique needs, preferences, and project goals.
  • Proactively follow up on open tickets, ensuring that every issue is resolved to the client’s satisfaction.

Order Processing & Transaction Accuracy

  • Assist customers in placing product and service orders, verifying details such as specifications, delivery dates, and pricing.
  • Enter orders into the CRM system with meticulous attention to detail, minimizing errors and expediting fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to track order status and communicate updates to clients.

Issue Resolution & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns ranging from billing discrepancies to service delays, employing a systematic problem‑solving approach.
  • Partner with project managers, field crews, finance, and supply chain partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Document each case in the CRM, capturing root causes and corrective actions to support continuous improvement.

Product & Service Knowledge

  • Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of arenaflex’s construction services, material offerings, and industry trends.
  • Educate customers on value‑added services, cross‑sell opportunities, and best practices that enhance project outcomes.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and product briefings to stay ahead of market developments.

Communication Hub & Documentation

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow.
  • Prepare and distribute summary reports, status updates, and post‑interaction notes for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized records of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within the CRM platform.

Essential Qualifications
