🏥 HCP Contracts Specialist Join Our Growing Team! Are you organized, curious, and ready to grow? We're building our HCP Contracts team and looking for someone eager to learn and make an impact from day one. About The Role As an HCP Contracts Specialist, you'll be the connective tissue between our Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams. Your superpower? Taking information from multiple stakeholders, organizing it, and putting it into the proper framework so our internal teams can execute contracts efficiently. Think of yourself as a coordinator with critical thinking skills — you'll:
- Gather and organize contract information from various departments
- Manage HCP consultancy agreements (Steering committees, Advisory Boards, IDMC, etc.)
- Prepare and facilitate key documents like COI Disclosures and CDAs
- Build strong relationships across teams to keep contracts moving smoothly
- Spot process improvements and propose solutions
