Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Consultant (Equity & Stock Plan Administration)

arenaflex is seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Consultant to join our Global Equity team. This entry‑level role is perfect for candidates who are eager to launch a career in equity administration, stock‑plan processing, and data analytics—all from the comfort of their home office. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners, support the execution of long‑term incentive plans, and help ensure the accuracy and compliance of equity‑related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock‑plan purchase activities.
  • Process the issuance and settlement of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock‑plan purchase ratio awards.
  • Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and purchase plan activities—to ensure accurate, timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting.
  • Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, internal partners, and external stakeholders regarding equity awards and plan administration.
  • Support the equity‑based LTI award delivery process and stock‑plan enrollment activities, collaborating with HR, finance, and legal teams.
  • Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to aid ongoing operations, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Assist with additional equity‑plan administration tasks as assigned, contributing to a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data accuracy and problem‑solving.
