Primary Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a variety of important responsibilities that directly impact customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Handling Inbound Customer Calls: Receive incoming calls from customers who need to open claims, ask questions, or seek guidance on their accounts and coverage. You will be the first point of contact and the trusted voice that helps them move forward.
  • Active Listening and Problem Resolution: Carefully listen to each customer's unique situation, empathize with their concerns, and work collaboratively to identify practical solutions that address their needs.
  • Expert Consultation and Recommendations: Use your growing expertise to proactively make recommendations that help customers avoid potential issues in the future, adding value beyond the immediate conversation.
  • Question Answering and Education: Clearly explain policies, procedures, and product details in ways that are easy for customers to understand, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Training, Schedule, and Work Environment

Comprehensive Paid Training Program

When you join arenaflex, we set you up for success from day one. Your training journey will be a blend of virtual classroom instruction and on-the-job learning, typically lasting approximately two weeks, though the duration may vary based on your progress and the specific role requirements. Virtual classroom training sessions are generally scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. This thorough training ensures you feel confident, competent, and prepared to handle any customer situation that comes your way.

Schedule and Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Sunday. As a full-time team member, you will work 40 hours per week, with the understanding that your specific shift may change to meet evolving business needs. We offer competitive pay, and we proudly provide shift differentials for team members who work evening, overnight, and weekend schedules — recognizing and rewarding the flexibility that helps us serve customers across all time zones.

  • Competitive Hourly Pay: $14.36 – $22.25 per hour, with the posted pay range considering a wide range of factors including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
