About the Role and the Engineering Team

This position is an integral part of arenaflex's Technical Operations Division, specifically within our A319/A320/A321 Fleet Engineering Team. Our engineers serve as the technical backbone supporting daily flight operations, ensuring that every aircraft in our care maintains the highest standards of airworthiness and operational readiness. As a valued team member, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of troubleshooting complex aircraft systems, managing engineering projects, and implementing solutions that enhance fleet reliability across the organization.

Determine the most appropriate corrective actions to mitigate these issues effectively.
  • Engineering Support for Discrepant Conditions: Provide timely and accurate engineering support as required for the disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components. Your work will be instrumental in restoring serviceable status to aircraft and ensuring operational continuity.
  • Technical Assistance and Consultation: Respond promptly to requests from Maintenance teams and other airline departments when technical assistance is required to support ongoing projects or resolve operational problems. Your expertise will serve as a critical resource across the organization.
  • Project Management and Action Plan Development: Develop comprehensive action plans for fleet-wide, multi-fleet, and component-level engineering projects. Pursue final dispositions according to assessed priorities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with other departments within arenaflex, as required, to facilitate the effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions. Your ability to communicate and collaborate across teams will be essential to project success.
  • Engineering Document Preparation: Prepare detailed engineering documents to implement technical dispositions. These documents will include customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, and other maintenance actions that provide measurable benefits in accordance with arenaflex's organizational objectives and management directives.
  • Reliability Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in aircraft system reliability. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement engineering solutions that reduce unscheduled maintenance events and enhance overall fleet performance.
