Role Overview – Remote Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager

As a Remote Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager for arenaflex, you will be the bridge between emerging sellers and our expansive 3P (third‑party) marketplace. You will identify high‑potential merchants, onboard them onto the platform, and help them optimize product listings, pricing, and performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of the 3P marketplace segment, including seasonal trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities in the Paraguayan market.
  • Seller Acquisition: Prospect, engage, and recruit high‑quality sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and occasional in‑person events, presenting arenaflex’s value proposition and onboarding process.
  • Data Entry & Catalog Management: Accurately input product information, pricing, and inventory data into arenaflex’s systems, ensuring consistency and compliance with marketplace standards.
  • Seller Enablement: Conduct training sessions and share best‑practice guidelines on online selling, leveraging data‑driven insights to help sellers improve fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Legal—to resolve seller issues, streamline processes, and enhance the overall marketplace experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as seller activation rates, product selection breadth, and sales growth, providing regular reports to leadership.
  • Strategic GTM Execution: Identify product selection gaps, develop go‑to‑market strategies, and attract strategic sellers to expand arenaflex’s catalog and customer base.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
  • Strong interest in introducing new products to untapped markets and helping sellers succeed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office suite tools; comfort working with large data sets and analytical dashboards.
  • Exceptional commercial judgment, written and verbal communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
